Terms of use
Updated 2026-10-02
These terms apply to anyone who opens a store on Veseu (the merchant) and to use of veseu.com. Customers who buy in a store are also covered by the purchase terms.
Who we are and what the service is
Veseu is SaaS for an online store at a stable address (for example name.veseu.com). The merchant uploads products, shares a link, and the customer sends an order on WhatsApp.
Veseu does not sell the products and does not hold inventory. There is no checkout for the store customer. Payment, delivery, cancellation, and returns for a product are between the customer and the merchant only.
The service is operated from Israel. The merchant’s software subscription, the 14 days without payment, cancellation, and refunds are described in the subscription document.
Account and sign-in
You open a store with an email address. We send a login link and a one-time code. Anyone with access to that inbox can enter the account.
The merchant must keep the email and the sign-in device safe. The service is for businesses, age 18 and over.
You can ask us to close the account via the contact email. After closure the store and products will not be shown to the public; we may keep order records for a reasonable time.
The merchant is the seller
The contract with the customer is the merchant’s. The merchant is responsible for product descriptions, price, availability, delivery, returns, and consumer-protection law that applies to them (in Israel, including the Consumer Protection Law).
The merchant warrants they have rights in the photos and names they upload, and that they do not sell goods that are unlawful, including sexual content involving minors, prohibited weapons, or knowingly counterfeit goods.
WhatsApp messages to customers are the merchant’s responsibility, including Israel’s spam rules (Amendment 40 to the Communications Law) when they contact a customer.
Orders, the order log, and payment
Tapping order in the store opens a WhatsApp message on the customer’s device with the items, total, and a reference. Veseu does not send the message on the customer’s behalf and does not confirm that the merchant received it.
We store an order record (items, total, reference, and a paid mark if the merchant sets it). The log has no customer name or phone. “Paid” is a merchant tool only — not a payment confirmation.
Failures on WhatsApp, Meta, or the customer’s device are not Veseu’s responsibility.
Catalog from a photo
If the merchant uploads a product photo, the system may suggest a Hebrew name from the image. The suggestion is not a price and is not required. The merchant confirms or edits before saving.
The image is sent to an external vision provider (currently Groq) only to produce the suggestion. Veseu does not warrant that the name is accurate.
Acceptable use
Do not break into the service, scan it in a way that harms others, impersonate anyone, or upload content that infringes copyright or privacy.
We may suspend a store that breaches these terms or the law, after reasonable notice where we can.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. There is no promise of uninterrupted uptime, perfect name translation, or fitness for a particular business.
Veseu is not a party to disputes between merchant and customer. Our aggregate liability to a merchant, if any, will not exceed the amount that merchant paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If the merchant has not paid, that amount is zero.
Veseu marks belong to the operator. Content the merchant uploads stays theirs, with a licence for us to host and display it in the store.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts with jurisdiction: the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district.
We may update these terms. The update date appears at the top of the page. Use after an update means you accept the new text. We will try to flag a material change in the dashboard or by email.
These documents describe the service as it runs. They are not legal advice and they do not replace a lawyer. If a translation conflicts with the Hebrew text, the Hebrew text prevails.
