Privacy policy

Updated 2026-10-02

This policy covers the Veseu site, the merchant dashboard, and stores hosted on Veseu. It matches how the product actually works and Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13).

Who is responsible

The operator is Veseu. Contact: nunitcard@gmail.com.

For the merchant account and running the platform, Veseu is the database owner for that purpose. For content the merchant publishes in the store (product names, photos, store contact details), the merchant decides what is shown.

The WhatsApp thread after an order runs on Meta / the customer / the merchant — not on Veseu. We do not store the customer’s phone number on the order record.

What we collect — merchant

Email for sign-in; store name, subdomain, WhatsApp, currency, category, location, and product photos the merchant uploads; names and prices; order records without customer identity; a paid mark; and logs of name suggestions from photos.

A card number for the subscription is not stored by Veseu. If a charge is made, the payment provider at checkout stores it.

Necessary cookies: interface language, and Supabase sign-in cookies on the dashboard. No advertising cookies and no sale of data.

What we collect — store visitor

Display language (a cookie). If an order is sent — items, total, and reference are stored for the merchant. Veseu does not hold the customer’s name, email, or phone.

IP addresses may appear in infrastructure logs at hosting providers, for security and operations, not for a marketing profile.

Why

To run the account and store, send a login link, show the catalog, keep an order log for the merchant, suggest a name from a photo if you asked, translate missing product names, and keep the service secure.

Veseu does not send marketing mail to store customers.

Who we share with (processors)

Vercel — website hosting (fra1 when configured).

Supabase — database, sign-in, and image storage.

Resend — login-link email (via the account’s email setup).

Groq — if a photo is uploaded for catalog-from-photo, to suggest a name. The provider may operate outside Israel.

MyMemory — translating missing product names between Hebrew, Arabic, and English.

WhatsApp / Meta — only when the customer opens the message on their own device.

The payment provider for the merchant subscription, when a charge is made — the card details are stored there.

We do not transfer data to sell mailing lists.

Transfers outside Israel

Some providers sit outside Israel (for example computer vision and email). They are needed to run the service you asked for. Under Amendment 13 we will disclose this and keep reasonable safeguards with those providers.

Retention, security, and rights

Account data is kept while the store is active. After closure — deletion or anonymisation within a reasonable time, except what the law requires us to keep.

The site uses HTTPS. Merchants reach only their own store data by permission. The app does not use a service_role key.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete data as the law allows, via the contact email. We will respond in a reasonable time. We are not required to hand over another merchant’s data or system secrets.

Children and changes

The service is not for minors to open a store. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we will close it.

Policy updates will show a date at the top of the page.

These documents describe the service as it runs. They are not legal advice and they do not replace a lawyer. If a translation conflicts with the Hebrew text, the Hebrew text prevails.
